I wanted to give React Native a test drive and didn’t want to create the same old Todo list. Meant to be a quick, simple, relaxing experience in setting your daily goals.
Lessons Learned
Along the way I learned more about the framework, the ecosystem and some popular libraries which I’ll definitely use in future projects…and some I’ll avoid! Honestly the experience with this app helped me understand the value of React Native and why people choose this framework over Flutter.
As with every project there are areas to improve but with this one I went for a bite sized chunk to be delivered to users as quick as possible and will leverage user reviews to gather feedback on what to focus on next. Until then though, onto the next app!
